I have 3 nest 3rd gen learning thermostats for zoned 3 story house. Gas heating with rads and water. It’s summer so the heating should not be switching on but the last few weeks we have noticed that the middle level rads come on even though it’s not showing on the app or the thermostat however it does seem to happen around the time the boiler switches on to heat the water. However the water timer is attached to the ground level thermostat yet it’s the middle level rads (the same level that the boiler is located on) that are turning on. It’s very difficult if not impossible to get an electrician that knows Nest where I live, it was only luck that I could get it installed but I can get my boiler guy back (but I’d like to be able to tell him why it’s the boiler and not a nest fault) . Is this a Nest issue or a boiler issue. Is there any way to confirm? Thank you

I think I have it sorted, I reset the heatlink. (Didn’t realise that had its own reset) . Query can be closed. Thank you

Where are you located? US/Canada or UK/Europe?
Does your system have a Heat Link installed?
How do you have the different Learning Thermostats wired?
What type of zone controller do you have installed?
