Hi There
I had a new 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat installed in winter 2023 via google replacement programme as fault developed with old nest system.
I turned heating off completely in the summer 2023 but noticed that when the hot water switches on, the radiators also get warm even though the heating is switched off.
So I got a plumber to check and he replaced the hot water / central heating switchover valve but this has not resolved the issue. He says that it can only now be an issue with the Nest system which may have not been wired up correctly or a technical fault?
Any ideas?????

Please go to settings> Technical Info> Power and get all the information there and post it here. Who installed your Nest Thermostat? Do you still have the wiring configuration of your old Thermostat? Hi Emerson
We are based in the UK. It was installed by Boxt engineer (google approved installer) in January this year. Let me know what other info you need. Thanks for looking into this. Cheers
