Is there user guide?  Mine was installed AND INSTALLER DIDN'T LEAVE INSTURCTIONS and wwent out of business.

Now ot resets to to hot or to ocld on it's own.   New a guide to reset it to nomal.

@PaulDobbin99 , Where are you located at? The Nest thermostat can be factory reset if you desire.  The real questions is if was working fine why now is it suddenly not working. You can find the Nest Thermostat User Manual online.
