Why am I getting a Y1 Wire error?

We’ve been having issues with our internet and now getting this Y1 error.  Any suggestions? Units turns on but immediately turns off after about 30 seconds and is just blowing hot air.

I moved your message to its own thread since your issue is your need.  

If the HVAC a turns on and turns off, you are having an equipment problem.  If the unit outside does not turn both the compressor and the condenser fan motor on, the system will fast cycle like that.  Go outside and make sure the fan motor and the compressor are running.
