I removed my phone from the nest thermostat app and now I can't reconnect it how do I do that?

Just to confirm, did you remove the Nest thermostat from your Nest app on your phone? If yes, it is best to reset also the account connection settings of your thermostat so you will have the option to redo the whole setup again. Check out this guide: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
