Hello RightStuff

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how many Nest Thermostats do you have? Do you see any error messages? Please go to settings> Technical Info> Power and get all the information there and post it here. Make sure that all wires are connected properly to their terminals. Make sure there's no exposed wires. Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Emerson

Hi RightStuff,

Thanks for posting here in the Community. Based on the photos of the wires from your old thermostat, it seems it is just a conventional heating and cooling system, but as you mention, it blows hot air instead of cool air. Have you tried connecting the white wire to the O/B terminal in the Nest thermostat base?

Thanks for the help, @Emerson.

I look forward to your response.

Thanks,
Edmond
