Hello, I am trying to decide if I am able to replace my Bryant thermostat with a gen 4 Nest.
System entails heat pump, oil furnace, and humidifier.
Current system uses an EIM to connect thermostat to control board.

Hi Andrew_kain13,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I am glad to see that you want to replace your Bryant thermostat with a Nest Learning thermostat 4th generation. It is my pleasure to help you to make the best decision.
According to the picture you share in the post, your Bryant thermostat has four V wires connected. These types of wires aren't compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat 4th Generation. To learn how to identify a thermostat wire, you can refer to this article. Identify a thermostat wire for additional information; I can share this tool with you to check the compatibility.
If you have more questions, please feel free to write in this post.
Regards,
