Replace white rogers with Nest

App is telling me my AC system is incompatible. Seems some folks on here are able to make it work. Any help is appreciated. Please see attached image.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about this, and I have a few questions: What's the make and model of your HVAC system? Can you verify the labels of the terminal where the red,blue, orange, and yellow wires are connected? And have you selected the wires Y,OB,C,G, W, and R on the app when you try to see if it's compatible?
