Replacement Base

Hi! I am trying to source a new base for my Generation 3 Nest thermostat. I don't need to purchase a whole new one, just the base. I haven't had any luck sourcing it anywhere and was hoping to get some help on how I can get just the base.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community forum. We’ll be happy to look into this for you, may I know what happened to the original base unit? Where and when did you buy the Nest Learning Thermostat?
