Replacement Nest Themostat and Heatlink H71 problems...Edited this as I got it working..

Yesterday my nest came up H7 after trying everything I turned the wifi router of and on then it started to work now the nest won’t turn the heating of have turned the heating of on the nest but it’s not doing anything

Thanks for letting me know @Waterdog. Could you tell me please if the Heat Link clicks when turning on the heating from the thermostat and the Nest app?
