Replacing Honeywell Thermostat with 1,2,3,4 wiring with Nest

Hello - I want to replace an old Honeywell Thermostat with Nest Learning.

the current thermostat has wiring 1,2,3,4 and the compatibility guide says its not compatible. However, i have exactly the same Heater & A/C units connected to 2 other Nest Learning Thermostats in the house. Nest Support validated that the Heater and A/C brand and model are supported by the model of  Nest Learning Thermostat that i have

The question I have is,  “how do I map the current wires to the Nest”

Attached is the picture of my current Thermostat and wiring. Looks like i have all the required 5 wires

Appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

One of my other NEST has the following wiring configured and working well. Will this work for this one as well?

I have exact same problem.  In fact this is exactly the same Honeywell thermostat I have with 1, 2, 3, 4 wiring. Were you able to find out the mapping?  Or you needed a rewire?
