Reset not able to fix my connection problem nor WiFi connection work

I have everything connected but it unable to fine my wife and I can even connect to App. I have it reset for times still not working

If you've already tried restarting it, for next steps it's best to contact the Google Nest support team.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

@Ophelia, how's it going? Have you managed to get in touch with our support team? If you haven't yet, I would like to give it a try, as it appears that you're having an issue setting up your thermostat in the Nest app. Let's sort this out.

The message code you're getting usually occurs when you interact with the thermostat after you've started a new pairing session but haven't finished it. Please follow these steps:

 

  1. If you see your thermostat in the Nest app with an exclamation point, tap and click finish setup to proceed.
  2. If the same issue occurs, select Reset Device on the thermostat screen.
  3. Proceed with the initial setup and skip the Nest App and Internet Connection processes to reach the last option.
  4. Once done, manually reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network from the network settings.
  5. Open the Nest app and add another product.
