My tech reset my nest thermostat in an effort to fix a power problem. I am not in the location of the thermostat but I have the app on my phone. How do we get the thermostat back on line w/o the phone and app being in the same location?

Sorry to hear about what happened as well as for the delayed response.
How did the tech do the reset and what was reset on your Nest thermostat? I'm afraid that it the Wi-Fi and Google account information was reset, you really need to be in the same location where the thermostat is to be able to redo the setup.
