My unit it’s a Rheem dual fuel system with a c-wire. The model number of the unit is a RQPQ-B030JK08E manufactured in December of 2009. When I check the power from the C wire, it shows 23.6v; however, my Nest Thermostat will not turn on. The current standard thermostat has the following wiring: R/C, O/B, Y, G, C, E, S1, S2. When I connect it to the Gen 3 Nest thermostat, it will not power on. I have also charged the thermostat using a USB cable and it powers up. As soon as I put it on the base, it says that it is not getting power. Is my unit compatible?
