Robertshaw 9600

I just bought a Google Nest thermostat to replace my old RobertShaw9600. However, when I go through the setup option in the app, it says it is not compatible. I am attaching a photo of the wiring of the old thermostat. Any help would be appreciated.

Good news — based on the photo you've provided, your system is compatible with our Nest thermostat devices. However, you also need to make sure that your system runs on 24 V. You can also check your system’s compatibility before purchasing a Nest thermostat with our online Compatibility Checker.
