Says its cooling but randomly starts heating

The thermostat starts off fine, blowing cold air when nest is set to cool, however after a few hours it will randomly start blowing out heat instead and the house just keeps getting hotter thinking it is cooling.

My problem, as well.  It will, quite randomly, start putting out hot air until the temperature is unbearable.
