I'm in a bit of a predicament and could use your help. I purchased the Google Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat back in January 2021, expecting it to be a durable and reliable addition to my home. Unfortunately, it recently stopped working. When I reached out to Google regarding the issue, they informed me that it is now out of warranty, leaving me with limited options for repair.
Products sold in the UK should be durable and fit for their intended purpose, as stipulated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In light of this, I am considering lodging a claim against Google in the small claims court.
