Sensors request - Average/ pick one one furtheredt from set temperature

1 why not add check box so thermostat in heat can pick the coldest sensor and use tgat sensor/ vice versa for cool….  ( when in that mode add and exclude this sensor check box next to all of them 

2 why not add sensors - average all of them to determine temperature in house and run thermostat again add check box to exclude a particular sensor
