Setting g nest to manual.

Can I set a g nest thermostat to manual mode.  I would like it to stay at the temperature that I set it at.  If it has a manual mode will I be able to change the temperature remotely with the google home app.  Thank you

Just delete or clear any heating or cooling schedules, and deactivate the Home/Away feature.  After that you would need to set the mode; Heating or Cooling, then set the temperature.  The Nest will hold that temperature.
