Setting low temperature alerts on a nest

Hi during the night furnace failed. The temp was set to 62F. Is it possible to send a notification to the iPhone when temp is 60F?

can the alerts of low temperature be set to a higher temperature ie 60? Currently I can only set between 35 and 45.
