Many Jewish customers love nest but have to turn off loads of features because of a lack of a shabbat mode.
It's not practical to turn off far sight and home detect settings every Friday and then turn it on again on Saturday night. It would just take too long, is there a way that nest can implement shabbat mode for their range of products, Including doorbell/cameras ( The reason I bought the doorbell and recommend to friends over ring is that I can turn the camera off with built in timer) thermostat and nest protect smoke alarms for light sensor.
We just can't use the full range of features on these products which we really want to. I know many others feel the same way.
