I have a 3rd generation EU Nest learning thermostat that won't update to the latest software. It keeps telling me the software is up to date however I am running 5.9.5.2 which was November 2021. According to the Google information the latest software is 6. xxxx May 2022. Thermostat is connected to Wi-Fi and battery level ok. All checks done as suggested but still won't update. Any help please!
