Recently change my wifi provider, updated Nest, but on my phone app it doesn't show daily consumption history anymore.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
A few things to check for us to further isolate the issue. Are you using the Nest app or Google Home app? Is it also not showing on your Nest Thermostat? Check out more details on Energy History here.
Also, you could restart your thermostat and Wi-Fi to refresh its connection to the server.
