Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.

It appears that it's a power-related issue because your thermostat is able to send a signal to your system, but your system isn't sufficient enough to produce heat. To be sure, please check the power readings on your thermostat's Technical Info settings. Also, a few questions: are you seeing any timeframe on how long it should take to hit the target temperature? Lastly, does your thermostat have a C-wire or a Nest Power Connector installed?
