Temperature History - requests for data all FAIL

REQUEST TO GOOGLE NEST TAKEOUT 20250706

I need your help.   My repeated requests to TAKEOUT access my NEST Thermostat data Fail silently.     I received no notice, and no explanation.      I want the history of Temperature readings and Home-Away readings.    Can you help me retrieve my data from my Nest Thermostat?     

Google TAKEOUT tells me:  "The status of the requests you've made within the last 30 days:

I urgently need it because my house burned down on July 09, 25.    The temperature history is are key the ongoing Fire Cause Investigation.     Did the fire smolder, or did it flash suddenly.   Need the thermal history, with accurate time each reading was sampled.   

Can you help me?

I don't know the answer for why the Takeout fails. I'll ask a Nest Specialist to hop in here.

I have read all the "learn more" tutorials.   They are NO Help in my situation.    

How long should I wait?     My previous requests failed silently after about one week.    
I have two requests pending now for nearly 3 days.    Will my requests fail?   
If they fail, why?    Can I correct the problem?    Google-Nest provides No diagnostics.   
No clues about the reason for failure.

I did escalate @DeeJaac . 

The Takeout timing out and not resolving after ++3 days is not what I'd want to happen either.

The Nest Specialist from Google has acknowledged the escalation and they should post in this thread to help you out.

If it might help, I can have the Fire Chief make a formal request for this data.    The police investigator told me this temperature log data appears to be a key piece of diagnostic evidence in the case.

If It can help you to escalate this case faster, I may be able to obtain a Court Order from a US federal court.     Would such an order help?

Or, if you are an AI agent, in which country is your server farm located?     
I just realized that a US Federal Court Order might not have much influence if either of these cases is true.

Please send me whatever temperature readings you can from my Nest Thermostat.     
ANY data will be appreciated, and will help the Fire Cause Analysis. 

My key questions are:  

1. What was the base temperature reading before the fire?   Normal pre-fire.  

2. When did the temperature begin to rise?    Did it ever rise?   

3.  How rapidly did the temperature rise?   When?  

4.  What was the Max recorded temperature?    How soon was this before the Nest Thermostat melted and went off -line?   What time?  

Can you provide ANY temperature data from my Nest Thermostat?  

Another Takeout request that I submitted on July 4 failed.     
The request failed after 5 days' waiting, with no explanation or notification.
