Termostat goes into ECO Mode all the time

I have a Google Nest Thermostat 1.4 Software version 1.3-10. I am unable to turn off eco mode. I looked through this topic and cannot find relevanmt actions within the Google Home app to turn off ECO mode. Every sisgnle day it keeps switching to ECO mode and there is no option in the app on my iPhone to disable ECO mode. Can anyone help? If not I am dumping this product. I am so tired of this Eco mode, we just came back from our vacation. I turned on the temp to 70 before getting on the flight, we come home and the thermostat was in ECO mode and the tem at home was 84.

Need to turn off more settings from wall mounted thermostat although you do have same option on app setting. Etc. auto schedule, airwave, early on

@GooWill, thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Please follow the steps below: 

• Go to Settings then look for Eco and select it.
• Turn off both the Eco Temperature.
• Click Done.
• Look for Nest Sense and select it.
• Select and tap Auto Schedule. 
• Select "No" and "Off" then press the ring to select it.
• Click Done.
• Look for Reset and select it.
• Select and tap Schedule.
• Select Confirm Reset or Clear.
• Turn the ring to reset schedule.
• Click OK.

After that, obeserve the thermostat if the same thing still happens, and then let us know how it goes.
