Termostato nest

Hi, I have a 3rd generation Nest thermostat. Can't it be made compatible with Matter? Thanks

Right now, Google have only rolled out Matter compatibility for Nest Thermostat (2020) and Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen). I don't believe the older learning models have support, and I've not seen any announcements that it's coming.
