I can't be the only one wanting to unenroll from Rush Hour rewards. The experience is terrible. Why is there no option in the Nest app or Google Home? Calling into this blantlt stupid tech support that is overseas with people that don't understand is ridiculous. They put me on hold, then transfer then put on hold again. Just get my account open and press the button to unenroll. It should be quick.
