Thermostat problem

Hi, every time we want the heat to come on the thermostat turns on and runs the fan but no heat, then a couple minutes after the fan cycle stops the heater starts up and runs like it should. Not sure why.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the type of Nest thermostat you have? Is the Nest thermostat newly installed? When did heating last work? Also, what country are you located in?
