I’ve been through the entire trouble shooter about 5 times. I’ve reset the thermostat, I’ve tried to connect to my phone’s hotspot, I even got a new router and it still won’t connect to Wi-Fi or the app. I’ve only had this ❤️ years. Any suggestions? Because I am about ready to just go with a different product.

Oh no! Don't give up on it yet. A few questions: what message are you getting when connecting your thermostat to your Wi-Fi network? How many Nest devices are offline? Can the device find or detect other networks? Also, what country are you located in?
