This is really frustrating and its been on for some months now I have not received any help , my thermostat will not connect with my phone and also the thermostat will just switch from cold to heat even when the weather is extremely hot ,I will need to from time to time change it manually this is really frustrating and making the temperature in my house very unstable . ,
I have troubleshoot many times , checked wifi ,even had a video call with one of the nest customer service over 3months now with the plan to send another thermostat, up till now nothing was received and I have been dealing with this issue . I am really not happy and need prompt help to resolve this issue .

To better assist you, please provide the following information:
The WiFi failure might be due to a low battery. Please check the battery level on your thermostat. You can refer to this article for instructions: Nest Learning thermostat and Nest thermostat E, Nest thermostat 2020
Additionally, the temperature might be changing on its own because of a scheduled setting, or possibly you have a Nest Renew subscription or you are enrolled in the Rush Hour program.
