Does you Nest app on your phone is able to see the device? Could you place it closer to the heat link to see if this helps? 😊

No when I go through the setup it doesn’t find the device

Hi @Alex2022 - Maybe that symbol means you need to download the Google Home app in order to do the next part of the setup process.
