Thermostat E not working

I connected thermostat to internet and Connected the Heatlink to the thermostat. Both were connected okay. I turned the electric off to fit the heatlink. When I turned it back on the thermostat confirmed it was connected to the heatlink but it won’t reconnect to the internet. The only thing I am getting on the screen is the home icon directing me to the app. Pressing the ring does not bring up any menu. When I go to the app and follow the instructions for reconnecting it just doesn’t work

It’s sorted now. Re added it as a new thermostat and that did the trick.
