Thermostat- Heat Setting

My thermostat has decided it likes to run at 73 degrees, but I don’t set it that warm myself. Too warm for me!  I have lowered the temp with both the app on my phone and the hub station. I’ll notice the room is too warm and wouldn’t you know, the beast has gone back to 73! I’ve only had the system 5 months. So FRUSTRATING! Any suggestions would be great appreciated.

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
