My Link appears to have died tonight. There are no lights . Pressing the button does nothing. I have no heating. What do I do??

Is there a way to get someone to HELP. It is snow & freezing & NEST Customer Service is the WORST possible atrocity on earth - a TORTURE. After waiting indefinitely, they cut you off. MADE a HUGE mistake buying a Nest.
