My Nest 3 thermostat has been working peacefully for 9 years. Yesterday I tried to check my recent history on the Nest ap, but the app insisted I needed to add log in, add my address etc all over again. Which I did. Then it immediately asked for them all over again. Which I did .Then it said it had a problem connecting, and to try later. Which takes me straight back to logging in and re-entering all my details. Which I’ve now done dozens of times. This was on Android, Google Pixel 8 Pro. I am in the UK.
So then I tried installing the app on my iPad. Exact same results.
Nest no longer in Google home and Alexa has forgotten she ever knew a Nest.
Same trying to log in via website.
Nest claims all services are up and running as normal.
I have restarted the thermostat itself, which has always claimed to be connected to the internet anyway, and seems to be working fine.
I left everything 24hrs and did all this again. No change.
I’m now completely at a loss at what on earth to do next. I’d be grateful for my advice. Thank you.

ps I have tried using my mobile data as well as my own internet, so this is not a router issue as I get exactly the same response. My thermostat is connected to the internet. I can also check usage, change schedules etc.

This has happened multiple times, and I apologize for the frustration it has caused despite your troubleshooting efforts, including trying another device, verifying the Wi-Fi connection, and other steps.
