Thermostat Red flashing light

Device has been flashing Red since Thursday. Device said low battery, although has always been plugged in and switched on since I’ve had it (October 24). Moved to another plug to charge over the weekend but is still flashing Red this evening (Sunday) and won’t even turn on. 
Any advice?

Are you experiencing this with a Nest thermostat? If so, please let me know the model of your thermostat.

To identify the model of your thermostat, you can compare it with the ones shown in the article How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.

How is the thermostat wired?

Does it have a C wire installed?
