Thermostat Schedule Not Working

I received a response from Mark but could not reply.

Here is my question and issue.

Mark,

I was away so I'm sorry for the delayed response.  Are you saying I need to use Routines to set a schedule?  I set up a schedule through Schedules for different times and temperatures throughout the day under Thermostat Settings and it doesn't follow my schedule that I set.

Thanks for reaching out—it's me again! I'd be happy to discuss your Nest Thermostat's Temperature Schedule. 

With the said Routines from your previous thread, there's a tendency that they won't follow your created temperature due to the action sequence being made. Check and ensure to remove all the thermostat actions available, or edit them if needed. Also, apart from the Routines, if you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest thermostat E, disable the Auto-schedule in the Nest Sense settings, then restart your thermostat to refresh.
