I am looking for support on if anyone can help me out
I recently had a nest thermostat installed from Google Store mid June. I also had a Nest connector (c-wire) installed. Everything has been going great. I did get a notification yesterday saying my battery was low already. I found that very strange. I replaced the two AAA batteries but I figured they would last longer then one month.
I went to the settings -wiring section and did notice the C wire slot shows empty. Did he possibly configure it wrong? I do see the Nest Connector as connected however.
My voltage is on the lower end. About 3.21
This is for the Model: Thermostat-1.4 (not learning)
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Kaoxt,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
Could you share with us the whole power readout in its Equipment settings? Then, please make sure that your Nest Thermostat's Software is up-to-date. You can try to run a power test in the Equipment settings as well to ensure that it detects the Nest Power Connector. Also, inspect for any wiring reports that might trigger your thermostat to drain its batteries, and did you replace them with the suggested batteries?
Keep me posted.
Regards,
Mark
