So I moved to our new house and the last owner had the thermostat E installed. I did a complete reset and now I am trying to setup a new wifi connection but it does not recognize any network or Bluetooth connection.
Customer support is telling me that there's a problem with the device and because the warranty has expired they cannot do anything. Are you kidding me? This is not even a 2 year old product and it stopped working and you cant do anything?
Has anyone found a workaround to connect this crappy product to network or bluetooth?

Hey sourabh05,
Sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat and for the delayed response.
Could you share the case id of your interaction with our support team so I could have it reviewed?

Hey there,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I've reviewed the case id you provided and I'm afraid that you've already exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps with our support team. I understand that this is not the answer you're hoping for but we won't be able to proceed further as it is already out of its warranty period. Also, there's no workaround that we could share to have it connected back to your WiFi network — sorry about this.
Best,
Melba
