Thermostat app issues

Have anybody found out why the app says not connected but my wifi is but on the app it isn’t and I have reset and all and what was told with the so called help but no help and still not working I really hate I got this device because this been like this along time and no help and I was sent another one before so it is something going on and I no if I see the same issues on the thread need help or something done

I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing connectivity issues you're experiencing with your Nest Thermostat and the frustration it's causing. I'd be happy to shed some light on the situation here.

I suggest trying a few additional steps that might help:

 

  1. Ensure that your app is up-to-date. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer versions, and updating the app may resolve the issue.
  2. Reinstall the app and then reinstall it to see if that resolves the connectivity problem.
  3. Double-check your Wi-Fi settings on both your device and the app. Ensure that the Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and that there are no restrictions or settings causing the connection problem.
  4. Inspect for any power-related issues in the thermostat technical information or in the equipment settings. Depending on the Nest Thermostat version you have.
