I had a c wire installed for my thermostat but the battery still is below the level it needs to be at to connect to my wi if. The thermostat keeps trying to restart and my furnace is not functioning properly

Hello Rick,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Nest Thermostat and furnace. I understand that despite having a C-wire installed, the battery level remains low and connectivity to Wi-Fi is an ongoing problem. Let's sort this out!
Make sure that the C wire is correctly connected to both your thermostat and HVAC system. Sometimes, there might be issues with the wiring or a loose connection. Double-check the connections and ensure everything is secure. Then, provide with us your thermostat's power readouts in the Technical Info settings and check for any wiring reports or message codes that would help us determine what could be the cause of not holding a charge.
In the meantime, you may want to temporarily disconnect the thermostat from Wi-Fi to prevent it from constantly restarting and manually adjust the temperature to avoid excessive use of power that would drain its battery.
Keep us posted.
Regards,
Mark
