Thermostat blows WARM AIR when set to COLD

Joshbangma

When I've had the ac set on to COOL it Blows Out WARM Air. The temperature kept getting Hotter & Hotter thru out the day to where it reached even hotter than the outside temperature.

How do I FIX this problem. It's supposed to get in the high 90's This upcoming week which starts tomorrow & I know our maintenance takes TOO LONG to get to request. Is there a way for me to try and troubleshoot it myself. It was just working fine the other day.

PLEASE HELP!!

Hey Joshbangma,

Sorry to hear about this but thanks for reaching out.

Is this a newly installed thermostat or has it worked before? What system do you have? Also, could you share a photo of your original thermostat's wires showing the terminal labels as well as another photo of how you wired your Nest one?
