H71 code reading on the thermostat.
Thermostat cannot connect to the equipment properly.
I have tried every suggestion/option without success. The heat link is not and will not show any activity...no lights at all. I've changed the fuse, checked for a tripped switch. The thermostat is constantly trying to link...I did hold down the control ring and, for a brief moment it was back to a normal display ( twice it did this after resetting) I ve turn off the heat link, I will try again tomorrow.
WiFi is OK.
What is the possibility of the battery ( in the thermostat) being flat ? Even though its has always been plugged in?
Would appreciate any suggestions.
