Thermostat cannot detect and does not show the name of any network, It was working fine when router is restarted it stopped detecting the network. I have tried everything, reset, restart, factory default and follow the instruction. The thermostat was working fine before and then it started having problems after router is restarted. The issue is even list of wifi networks that are available do not show up. It was bought around 1.5 years back. Need your help to get this back working again.
Thanks..!

  1. Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
  2. Select Settings .
  3. Turn the ring until Network appears.

Do you see the error message "Error - nest.com/w5"?
