Thermostat controller not charging

As of three days ago my thermostat seems to have stopped charging. I have charged using a USB wire and after a short time I see a message asking me to return thermostat to base station. Right now I cannot get hot water.

I have tried resetting. If I reset network I don't have enough battery to get any further.

Can anyone please help?
