Uh-oh! Losing access to your Nest Thermostat while away can be inconvenient, and adding it back in the Nest app remotely is not an option.
Do you have someone or a family member to ask to add your thermostat back to the Nest app? If so, you can hand them over your Nest account to set up and reconnect the thermostat to the Wi-Fi network. Once relinked, it should appear to your app as well.
