Thermostat display reads e/195 no power to R

I did all the troubleshooting the app told me to do and it still does not work

I understand you're encountering an error message E195. 

To provide the most effective assistance, could you please share the following information:

 

  • What steps have you already taken to address the error?
  • Are the circuit breakers for your HVAC system turned on?
  • Have you inspected the condition of your HVAC system for any visible issues?
  • When was the last time your HVAC system received professional maintenance or service?

 

Once we have this information, we can determine which is the most suitable way to resolve this error.
