Thermostat flashing green light

Hi, thermostat offline and have flashing green light. Have looked through self help 
Have tried to reset and charge usb but still flashing green light 

Model doesn’t have batteries 

Any help appreciated

  • How to tell which Nest thermostat you have - Google Nest Help
• May I know how you did the reset?
• Is there any error code in the display
• Before charging the Nest thermostat, What is the battery level?
