Thermostat goes offline frequently

Hi. I have a weekend house with a Neat thermostat. It frequently goes offline and I can’t adjust my AC when I need to remotely. I have read the how to reset etc. but I am not at the location. HELP!!!!

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear about your Nest Thermostat constantly getting disconnected from your WiFi when you aren't at the place . No worries, help is here! There are some factors that might cause your thermostat is disconnecting:

1. Low Battery on your device
2. The Wi-Fi signal strength may be poor
3. Wireless interference
4. Power Outages

Unfortunately, there isn't any way to reconnect your thermostat remotely. My recommendation is to ask a neighbor to be in front of the thermostat and reconnect it manually. Here you can find some troubleshooting steps for Nest thermostat is offline.
